I have lived in Uxbridge for 43 years, with nearly 36 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. I have been serving clients as a real estate broker since the late 1980's. I have worked at Century 21, Family Trust Realty, K. R. May Real Estate, Prudential Sadie Moranis Real Estate, and Royal LePage Frank Real Estate.
Today Larry manages Main Street Realty and enjoys the challenge of mentoring new agents. His attitude has long been that education and experience are the keys to success -- and he is grateful to have many successful years in the industry under his belt. I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their goals, from first time buyers and seniors wishing to downsize to commercial developers and investment clients. I have experience working with buyers and sellers both locally and in the international market, including Latin America and the Caribbean region. In fact, there are few roles in real estate that I have not filled. In a development project, my team built a 60 unit townhouse project on time and on budget. When I'm not busy at the brokerage, you can find me pursuing some of my many other interests. Passionate about exploring underwater environments and helping others do the same, I am a master diving instructor and have been teaching diving in Uxbridge since 1973. I own and operate Sub-Mariners Diving and is a member of NAUI, PADI and CMAS Canada. I am a charter member of the Uxbridge Rotary Club and have received a Paul Harris Fellow. Committed to helping those less fortunate, I work with Rotary groups in Costa Rica and the Philippines as well as with church groups and blood donor clinics.
