JDC Psychological Services emerged out of a conversation between 3 therapists who were truly passionate about using our abilities to help others and were feeling a need to reach a wider audience. We come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, all of us have a Master’s Degree in Counselling, and we decided to merge our collective talents to open our doors to the public. So welcome!!
We know that life today can be stressful, sometimes complicated and always challenging. Whether we are struggling to keep up with the pace of life, dealing with difficult people, facing mental illness, or trying to overcome our past, life can be hard. But we also know that life can be filled with joy and we can live our lives with a sense of peace and contentment. The first step is seeking help. With three specialized psychologists working with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addictions, grief and loss, and chronic pain, we are here for you. We offer counselling services with specialties in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and faith-based counselling. Whether you are looking for short term or long term therapy, group work or educational seminars, assessments or collaboration with other agencies - at JDC we are here to help!
