His interest in reverse mortgages came with his gray hair and his own need to re-think his home financing. “The concept of reverse mortgages caught my attention and the more I researched, the better I liked it.” He welcomes his association with The Mortgage Group and their residential mortgage expertise and now his association with Home Equity Bank and their CHIP program. Mitch Speigel, through Kora Management limited and the Mortgage group provides full service financial consulting and particularly mortgage and unsecured loans. Although Kora does do regular residential loans, it specializes in loans that the banks won’t do. With Mr. Speigel’s background in construction and development, commercial loans are a specialty, as are reverse mortgages, private and equity mortgages, sub-prime mortgages and debt consolidation loans.
