I'm a Social Worker working as a Mental Health Therapist for over 14 years, specializing in working with trauma and stress for over 12 years.
I work with all ages; Adults, Teens, and Children. I have been doing Self Regulation Therapy (SRT) (©Canadian Foundation for Trauma Research and Education, cftre.com) since 2005. I specialize in working neurobiologically with TRAUMA and STRESS and their consequences: Chronic Pain, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Migraines, GastroIntestinal Issues and Auto Immune Disorders.
