I have two passions - working with people who are dealing with Grief/Bereavement and Trauma PTSD. I also work with Individuals and families in crisis. I have an extensive background in nursing and psychology. I have worked with and supported many families during the end of life period. Supporting them through their journey of grief at a very sad, lonely and painful time in it. I am a resource based business that will give you the tools - inner and outer resources to re-create your life - to integrate your loss into your present and future.
Losing someone that has great meaning for us via death, moving away or by a family/relationship breakup it is a time that is fraught with many emotions. These emotions impact our eating, sleeping, thinking and coping skills as well as our production in the work force-our very existence is compromised. Many of us have suffered from childhood abuse/trauma and this is still impacting our adult life and relationships.
