I am an Individual /Family Counsellor with more than 15 years of experience in the Mental Health Field (10+yrs. in USA and 5+yrs in Canada). I've worked in different capacities: coordinator of children/parents/teacher program/prenatal/postnatal issues, co-coordinator of adolescent mothers group/program, clinical supervisor for high-risk youth residential, school consultant, trainer, and workshop provider. I have strong clinical skills/spiritual background. I create individualized service plans addressing ADHD & client's uniqueness/individuality. I provide short term counselling, single session, video sessions and long term psychotherapy to help children and adults develop resilience.
M.A Degree in Bilingual Clinical Psychology from Montclair State University, NJ. NJ Licensed Professional Counsellor #37PC00004700 &, Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. Level 1 & 2 Play Therapy Certification from the Play Therapy Institute, NJ. Accredited Triple P Parenting program provider. Healing Minister, Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 Christian Healing. I provide individual/family/couples/group sessions to children (2yrs+), adolescents, youth, adults, and seniors. I support individuals with parenting issues, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, and youth with ADHD/behavioural problems/learning disabilities. I support all individuals to develop a positive self-image, healthy relationships, and strong confidence.
