Having attended the University of Guelph for Nutrition and Nutraceutical Science, I had the privilege of learning about current research and became familiar with many new discoveries in this very exciting field. Not only can I help you choose the right foods for you, but I can also explain to you exactly what happens to that food once it enters the body and why you should be eating it. I want you to understand why certain foods are good for you and why others can be harmful.
Whatever your goals are, I can help you achieve them. I believe to be successful in changing the way you eat, you have to make small adjustments to develop good habits that will last over time. No fad diets or gimmicks just real, delicious whole foods. I will work with you to design a personalized meal plan catered to you with your goals in mind and with foods you like, all while making sure your diet is balanced and you’re meeting your energy requirements.
