Who am I and what can I do for you? My name is Krista Kelly and I am a wife and mother of two beautiful young girls. I'm originally from Newfoundland but living in Ottawa. Although fitness has always been a part of my life eating right was not so I've always carried extra weight. I tipped the scales in December at 178 (I'm 5'7) and was feeling out of shape, out of patience with my girls and out of control with my eating.
In January I started the program called 21 Day Fix (Creator Autumn Calabrese and sold by Team Beachbody) and this program changed my life. It's simple to follow using portion control, 30 minute at home workouts and healthy food nothing extreme here. I've lost 30 pounds and feel terrific. I believe in the program so much that I decided to become a coach and help others with their weight loss goals.
