If so, our No-Hassle Plan is the way to go. Apart from eliminating any environmental risk to your home from an oil spill, you eliminate any expense for an oil tank, for cleanings and service plans, and you completely eliminate any unexpected repair or maintenance costs. You are also likely to benefit from a reduced insurance premium on your home insurance. We have a 10-year financing Plan at $69 plus HST per month AND a 5-year financing Plan at $99.00 plus HST per month. Both these Plans are All-Inclusive for the term that you choose. After the last payment, you own the system. Should you sell your property before the term has expired, the contract is transferable, subject only to the purchaser's credit AND having such a plan should please a purchaser's home inspector, because the heating system is fully covered for the balance of the term. The inspector can focus on other areas of concern such as the roof, the plumbing, the electrical, etc. Both the 5-year term and the 10-year term include: - Installation of a new two-stage, variable-speed propane furnace - from 60, 000BTU to 120, 000BTU, as required.. - Removal of the old oil furnace, the old oil tank, and any unused heating oil remaining in the oil tank. - System inspection and cleaning every year. - ALL parts AND ALL labour required to keep the system running. - Two FREE 420L propane tanks. If you have to replace your oil tank or have a major repair to your furnace, there is a compelling argument, both environmentally and financially, to seriously consider converting to propane or natural gas, if it is available. Another benefit of a propane or natural gas system is that it will support fireplaces, a hot water heater, barbeques, appliances, hot tubs, etc. An oil-fired system basically only supports furnaces and hot water heaters. We install, service, and maintain natural gas systems, as well. The system will be installed by Crozier Heating who is our exclusive technical and service provider in the area that I cover which extends from Port Hope to Kingston and includes all of Prince Edward County.
