Birth Services include prenatal visits where Leah offers information and helps your prepare emotionally and physically for the birth of your baby! During labor, Leah gently guides you, as needed, through your birthing process, providing comfort measures, ideas for progressing and easing labor, and continuous encouragement. Leah supports all families, regardless of their birth choices. Postpartum Doula Services include help at home or at the hospital. Physical and emotional support for recovering mom and baby. Assistance with breastfeeding, information and resources as needed. Care for older siblings, sole or shared care of baby, housekeeping tasks, grocery shopping, meal preparation, etc. Duties vary depending on your family's unique needs. Early Years Doula Services include mother's helper, babysitter, and nanny positions. Leah offers fun-loving, warm, responsive care to children of all ages! Children are influenced by Leah's Buddhism, yoga, nature, and holistic health interests.
