Porti brings you a coffee that is 100% Arabica from the valley of Mendoza in the Amazones in Huayabamba, Peru.
The coffee is cultivated at 1,600 meters above sea level giving the percentage of water which is necessary to obtain the flavour once roasted. The bean contains 12% humidity, is roasted lightly and is meticulously taken care of by our professional affiliate in Lima, Peru. We have travelled and tasted coffee beans internationally for a period of ten years in order to find the ONE coffee that would meet the high standards we so desire. The quality necessary for us to present this coffee to YOU had to be superior than normal. This is NOT a blended variety of beans which sets it apart from many others!
