Keller Williams Ottawa Realty (KWO) opened in May 2001 under the leadership of Jeff and Margie Hooper. The idea was to build an innovative real estate company that would provide solid support services to clients, customers and associated realtors while striving to be a valued corporate citizen within the Ottawa- Carleton business community. Technology, training and consulting provide a cornerstone behind this business that is very “service oriented”.
KWO values are built upon the foundation set by Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI). That model is based on treating sales associates as business partners. Hence there is profit sharing, a leadership council and ongoing training for all. The founders of Keller Williams Ottawa Realty applied Canadian business practices to this strong model. The result is an innovative Canadian real estate business. KWO has been successful at building a strong company of over 300 realtors and staff. Respect for all is a value that is lived.
