Sovereign Ease Home Health Care Provider provides nursing care (in-home, the community and hospitals); 24-hour Respite care; assisted living for people of all ages (Seniors, Veterans, Adults and children); Short/Long Term Care services and short stay care. My name is Jean Louis Founder of Sovereign Ease Home Health Agency. I’m a Patient Care Technician, Mental Health Counselor, Social Service Worker and Business Administrative Assistant. In the Healthcare field for over 20 years helping families and individuals in Hospitals, Retirement Homes, Palliative Care, Nursing Homes, and Group Home. We have been offering Home Health Care in Ottawa since 2010. We help to prevent families from burnout from stress while taking care of their loved ones. Daily Living Activities: bathing; dressing; personal hygiene; meal preparation; toileting; transferring; lifting-mobility assistance including range of motion exercises; assistance with walking turning/positioning in bed; companion care including in engaging in activities/hobbies; medication reminders; encouraging independence. Support Services: linens and laundry; light housekeeping; shopping/errands; transportation to appointments and more. Skilled Nursing: Medication management; diabetes management; tube feeding; wound care; injections; colostomy care; caregiver; dementia, hospice and respite care.
