We are opening new intake for ambulatory adult clients’ aged 18 to 75 years old. Teyjus Home is fully licensed and established to ensure clients’ holistic needs are fulfilled. Teyjus Group Home located at 950 Jordan Crescent, which is five bed room single detached very spacious house; two lounges, three full washroom, separate dining room from kitchen, two story deck on back, and big yards with shades to enjoy summer. Teyjus Home is fully licensed and established to ensure clients’ holistic needs are fulfilled. • We provide healthy and balanced three meals as set menus and two snacks as per our clients’ choices. • Medications (Oral/topical/subcutaneous) administration with maintaining all eight rights. • Provide assistance/close supervision with other daily living activities round the clock, such as bathing/showering, morning and bedtime care, toileting, grooming, Laundry, beddings, manicure and so on. • We make sure client's health and safety, in dependency at utmost level, respect and dignity, highly consider personal choices and preferences, care with compassion in homely environment. • Encouraged social interactions, various activities and exercises/yoga on the basis of assessment to stay healthy. • Keep up with other interdisciplinary follow up and appointments. • Prompt recording and reporting would be in place.
