I have years of experience supporting couples and individuals to successfully find greater personal satisfaction in their lives. My expertise includes training and experience in couple's counselling and treating individuals dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse and eating disorders. I know that "therapy" can be a loaded term for many. My clients are intelligent, effective and very capable people who may find themselves struggling with an issue that simply feels too big to deal with, alone. Together, we assess the issue, find solutions and get you back on track.
