Do you have fridges, stoves, dishwashers, or other scrap metal that you are dying to get rid of but you just don't have the time or means to get rid of them? Also, do you sometimes feel like you want to give back to your community in some way, or that you want to help put an end to issues like poverty but you just don't know how? Well, you have come to the right place, at the right time, where you have the opportunity to do both. Scrap for Food will take your scrap metal, sell them and use proceeds from the sale to purchase food to donate to local food banks, soup kitchens and shelters. We partner with these organizations to provide food-the most basic necessity of life—for those in need in our community.
We are an organization that is here to serve you. We have been faithfully volunteering with other organizations in the community since 2006. We are committed to making a difference and we inspire others to do the same.
