We start making Samosas and Curries in the early 90's in Toronto. The business was moved to Edmonton in 1995 but became was a low-scale operation from a home-base setting.
In 2008, we started to take large orders for Lebanese businesses, Royal Alexandra Hospital and the University Hospital.
