My name is Rebecca Beatch (“beach”). Don’t let the “t” confuse you! Originally from the dreaded flatlands, Saskatoon, SK. My love of photography recently brought me to Kelowna, BC, where I have obtained a degree in Digital Photography from The Centre for Arts and Technology. And now I am back home in Saskatoon, battling the cold weather again.
I never liked being in front of the camera, yet another reason why I love being the one taking the photos. It wasn’t until I was in school, that I allowed Couture Allure Photography to take boudoir photos of myself. The idea was horrifying. I hated my face, my body and everything about me. But once I saw the professional photos, I couldn’t believe how happy I was with the outcome. That one photo shoot really changed my perspective on myself. For the first time in my life, I felt beautiful. It is truly amazing the power of photography and what it can do. I believe that one photography session with me you will be able to walk away feeling beautiful inside and out, as I have experienced.
